Rivers of blood will hit harder, but eleonora's procs multihit talismans and bleed faster because it double hits per r1.. running r2 is real good also btw. Maybe level up a little bit first but see what it scales with best and focus on that. Uh 12 str 16 dex with Milicents Prosthesis 80 arcane 60 vigor 24 end 10 mind.Poleblade is very nice for people who like having a super powerful ace up their sleeve with the weapon art. The charged R2 is also quite good for bleed procs. Honestly, ER does a very good job with build diversity. 95% of builds feel great--I keep finding myself switching up my weapon loadouts, without even respecing.
