Perla’s for sure. Clark’s is tougher to get into and Perla’s usually has more options overall. Love the Ahi Tostadas, Crab Mac and Cheese, Fried Okra, and crab cakes. Clark’s is good too though, their bouillabaisse is delicious and the chowder is great. But, the fries at Clark’s are annoying. Both are also on OpenTable.
