I worked several months at a Good Feet store, and it's a rip-off. GF pays the orthotic manufacturer $18 for one pair of supports and marked up to $300 a pair. It's a scam, they are using psychology to set up a professional looking store, have a 1-2 hour sales pitch, then give you the price at the end of $1600. Ridiculous, it's literally a piece of plastic and you can go on amazon and buy several different arch supports and try them on yourself for 1/10 of that price.
